Return procedure and costs

Our policies with explanations

Up to 30 days after receiving your Sparckel: If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money*. 

*When ordering a Sparckel, the cost of delivery is included in your purchase price. However, the return costs are not included. In the case of the Jolly James and Sunny Susan, the customer must pay the costs of returning the item insured by a parcel service such as PostNL, DHL or another company. 

Unfortunately, the weight and size of our Bright Brenda does not allow it to be returned via a parcel service. We will pick it up personally. Therefore, we charge a rate of €1,- per kilometre with a minimum of €50,- ex VAT for return to Eindhoven, the High Tech Campus 29. So, if you live 100 km from Eindhoven, we will deduct €121,- from the refundable purchase price incl. VAT.

Return procedure

It is best to pack the Jolly James and Sunny Susan in their original boxes. The box contains the packing instructions. As a final step, the box should be sealed with a wide strip of tape. The liability for not sealing the box properly lies with the client.

Repaying

We would like to receive your Sparckel back undamaged, just as you received it new. After receipt and inspection, we will send you an email to let you know the status. Your money will be refunded to the same bank account used for the purchase within 15 working days.

In the event of any damage, we will inform you of the estimated repair costs.
